What is M&M? It is a ministry offering practical help where and when needed in and around SML.  It is staffed by volunteer helpers, who give of their time and talents freely, according to needs which have been identified.	Why is it called M&M? After Jesus' two friends, the sisters Mary and Martha, who between them both listened to our Saviour's teaching and also put it into practice in terms of practical help when needed.	How does it work? Our M&M Co-ordinator, Michele Haynes, keeps a list of helpers who have volunteered their services to help with particular tasks and will match these up with specific requests for help.  These can come directly to her or via the leadership team at SML, Small Group Leaders or any member of the congregation.
